If you are not sure which service you need, that is fine. Choose "consultation" and Melanie will help you figure it out during the visit. Same week availability is common.
Melanie Arrives at Your Door
On time, fully preparedMelanie arrives at your home, office, or wherever you are most comfortable with everything needed for your treatment. Supplies, tools, sanitized equipment, and disposal materials. You do not need to prepare anything except a clean space with good lighting and a comfortable spot to sit or recline. She handles setup and gets everything ready while you settle in.
Your Treatment Begins
Private, unhurried, in your spaceIf this is your first visit, Melanie starts with a real conversation. She reviews your health history, asks about your goals, and explains the treatment in detail before anything starts. If you have questions, she answers them without rushing. When you are ready, treatment begins. Whether it is Botox, a weight loss injection, a peptide protocol, or an IV drip, the session moves at your pace. There is no one waiting after you.
Cleanup, Follow Up, and Continued Care
You stay comfortableWhen the treatment is done, Melanie handles all cleanup and disposal. Your space looks exactly how she found it. She reviews any aftercare instructions, answers last minute questions, and schedules your next visit if applicable. Between appointments, Melanie is available by phone and text. If something comes up, if a side effect worries you, if you want to adjust your plan, she is a call away.

Sterile Supplies
Sealed, single use needles, syringes, catheters, gloves, and sanitizing materials. Opened in front of you.

What You Need to Do (Almost Nothing)
The whole point of concierge care is that Melanie handles the logistics. Your job is small. Have a clean, well lit space ready. A couch, recliner, or bed works great. If you are getting an IV drip, somewhere you can sit comfortably for 30 to 45 minutes. If Botox, any chair with decent overhead light.
Wear comfortable clothing. For IV hydration, short sleeves or a top that lets Melanie access your arm easily. For everything else, whatever you normally wear at home.
If you have health records, a list of current medications, or information from a previous provider, have it nearby for your first visit. It is not required, but it helps Melanie build a more complete picture during your consultation.
That is it. Everything else is handled.
After Your Visit
When the appointment is done, Melanie reviews any aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. Botox has a few simple guidelines for the first 4 hours. IV hydration has almost none. Weight loss and peptide visits include a plan for the days ahead.
Melanie is available between visits by phone and text. This is part of the concierge model, not an exception she makes. If a side effect concerns you, if you have a question about something she said during the visit, or if you just want to check in before your next appointment, reach out. She responds.
Follow up visits are scheduled before Melanie leaves or can be booked online at any time. Returning patients typically have shorter visits since the consultation portion is already done.
